Restoring hope, emotional health, and possibility.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or as though you aren’t getting as much out of life as you’d like to? Therapy can help to ease stress and open up new possibilities. I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where together we will seek to understand the difficulties you are experiencing and explore opportunities for change. I will guide you to recognize your existing strengths and capacities as well as provide new ways to think about your experience, take meaningful action, and relate authentically to others.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 23603) in San Francisco, California, with 15 years of experience in providing individual psychotherapy. I use cognitive-behavioral and relational frameworks to help my clients find greater fulfillment in their relationships, careers, or creative endeavors. I often work with individuals in professions such as law, medicine, and engineering and understand the pressure that can accompany high responsibility. I also work especially well with artists, musicians, and writers, for whom creative expression is an integral part of emotional health. My other specialties include coping with medical illness or chronic health conditions, navigating the challenges of caregiving for others, and managing anxiety, stress, and depression. My clientele is diverse and I welcome adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
